WHO IS CARING TOUCH?
Caring Touch Home Health Care is a family-owned home care provider serving older adults, people living with disabilities, and individuals who need personal support or nursing care. Our goal is simple: help people remain safe, comfortable, independent, and connected while receiving care in the place they call home.
OUR SERVICES
- Personal Support & Home Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, mobility, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, appointments, and companionship.
- Nursing Care: Professional nursing support for needs such as wound care, palliative care, advanced foot care, tube feeding and other specialized care needs.
- Dementia Care: Compassionate support for individuals living with dementia, with care focused on safety, dignity, routine, and quality of life.
- Live-In, Overnight & 24-Hour Care: Flexible care options for people who need support for longer periods, including overnight and around-the-clock care.
- Palliative & End-of-Life Support: Comfort-focused care and support for clients and families during advanced illness and end-of-life care.
- Flourish Cognitive Adult Day Program: A welcoming daytime program in Woodbridge for older adults and seniors with dementia. Activities include cognitive therapy, music, arts and crafts, recreation, social engagement, education, and wellness.
